2. Visiting the website
When you visit the website, the hosting provider may process technically necessary access data, in particular IP address, date and time, the file requested, the volume of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. This processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in secure provision and error analysis. Server logs are generally stored only for as long as is necessary for security and operation. The specific retention period is to be added once the hosting provider has been selected.
3. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry. Depending on the content, this is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for handling general enquiries.
Note on the prototype: The form on this website does not currently transmit any data to a server. Before going live, the form provider, recipients, retention periods and any processors must be added.
5. External services
Fonts
The “Noto Sans” typeface is served locally from our own web space. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service, so your IP address is not transmitted to third parties when the font loads.
Cookies and analytics
This static version does not set any analytics or marketing cookies of its own. If analytics, video, payment or marketing services are added later, this statement must be updated and, where required, consent must be obtained beforehand.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent you have given at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

7. Children’s data
In its communication the website addresses parents and guardians. Children should not submit personal data to us on their own. For later app features involving children’s accounts, voice input or learning profiles, a separate data protection and consent concept is required before release.

We update these notes when features, providers or the legal situation change. The version published on this page at any given time is the applicable one.
